IN SEARCH OF BLIND JOE DEATH - THE SAGA OF JOHN FAHEY

This film will be shot in the Washington, DC area where John Fahey grew up; Salem, Oregon where he spent the last part of his life; and Mississippi where Fahey searched for the roots of blues music and his guitar style. Key collaborators include Oregon filmmaker Doug Whyte, cameraperson Igal Hecht; editor Jessica Cullingham; and JoAnn McCaig of Calgary. The film is produced with the support of The John Fahey Trust.

DISHONOUR DEFIED (2007) Pakistan/Canada

Azra Rashid directed the film primarily in Pakistan. Stacey Johnson was producer. The film was edited by Jesssica Anne Cullingham. Monica Szenteszky was associate producer and production manager. It was produced with assistance from The Canadian International Development Agency (ACDI-CIDA). The School of Communication Arts of Seneca College in Toronto provided facilities and services.

LESSONS IN FEAR (2005) Israel & The Palestinian Authority

James Cullingham directed the film and produced it along with Igal Hecht who was also editor. Camera work in Israel was done by Elad Winkler; Samer Shalabi was cameraperson in The Palestinian Authority. Monica Szenteszky was associate producer and production manager. The film was produced with assistance from The Canadian International Development Agency (ACDI-CIDA) and was produced in association withThe School of Communication Arts of Seneca College. Tele Quebec was the principal broadcaster.

DUNCAN CAMPBELL SCOTT: THE POET AND THE INDIANS (1995) Canada

Filming took place in Ottawa; Pukaskwa National Park on Lake Superior; and in the territory of the Mishkeegogamang Cree people near Pickle Lake, Ontario and the headwaters of the Albany River. The film was a co-production of Tamarack and the Ontario Centre of the National Film Board of Canada. James Cullingham directed and produced the film along with NFB's Michael Allder. The Canadian actor RH Thomson portrayed DC Scott. Rene Sioui Labelle was cameraperson. The film was edited by Debbie Palloway.

AS LONG AS THE RIVERS FLOW (1990) Canada

This five part documentary series was filmed in British Columbia's Nass Valley; in Alberta primarily in the vicinity of Edmonton; in Ontario's remote north-western region; in camps and Cree villages near James Bay in Quebec; and on Baffin Island in the North-West Terrritories. It was the first Canada wide production of its kind featuring the work of a team of aboriginal and non-aboriginal filmmakers. Peter Raymont served as Executive Producer/Producer. The series was conceived and produced by James Cullingham. Telefilm Canada, the Ontario Film Development Corporation and the National Film Board of Canada were principal investors. TVOntario and TV5 were the lead broadcasters.
